Proposed Amendments to Property Tax Rule 905, Assessment of Electric Generation Facilities

The State Board of Equalization proposes to amend Property Tax Rule 905, Assessment of Electric Generation Facilities, to update the rule's references to Revenue and Taxation Code section 721.5 and will make a regulatory provision consistent with a changed California statute.
