Electronic Signature Property Tax Forms for Use by County Assessors' Offices
All forms listed on this page are samples for informational purposes only.
The following electronic signature forms are prescribed by the California State Board of Equalization and pertain to local county assessments, exemption claims, exclusions, and changes in ownership for property taxation purposes. If a County Assessor authorizes the submission of a form by use of electronic media, a taxpayer may submit that form by electronic signature to that County Assessor. Even though Board-prescribed forms are state designated and approved, the electronic forms are administered by the 58 California Counties.
Contact the County Assessor's office in the county where the property is located to determine if the County Assessor accepts forms with an electronic signature by use of electronic media. If accepted, obtain a copy of a form from the County Assessor.
