The following is the timeline for the 2024 Disabled Veterans' Exemption and Homeowners' Exemption Match and Multiple Claims Listing. Note that the timeline is intended to have most multiple claims resolved before the lien date in order to require fewer roll corrections.

| September 23, 2024 | BOE sends MCL #1 to counties. |
| December 3, 2024 | Update 2–Counties return edited MCL #1 and data for late claims filed through September 30. |
| January 17, 2025 | BOE sends MCL #2 to counties. |
| March 21, 2025 | Update 3–Counties return edited MCL #2 and data for late claims filed through December 10. |
| April 28, 2025 | BOE sends MCL #3 to counties. |
| May 30, 2025 | Counties return final edited list to BOE. This final list must have county action documented in column J (Notes for county use) for all cases. |
