BOE offers taxpayers the opportunity to pay electronically for two BOE Programs:

You may pay by credit card/debit, or you may use an e-check.

All transactions include a processing fee directly from the payment service provider, not BOE. Additionally, this charge will appear on your statement as a separate charge. This service fee is retained by the vendor and is not revenue to BOE.

Once your transaction is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation number, and your card will be charged. Keep this confirmation number as proof of payment. The payment and service fee will appear as separate charges on your credit card statement.

Before you begin:

1. You will need your Private Railroad Car tax bill with Assessment Notice Number and SBE Numbe or
2. Boundary Change Information (can be found on TA-400 application form)
