Consistent with the Governor's Executive Order N-29-20 (and any subsequently issued guidance), this page will be used to provide up-to-date information regarding telephonic/electronic participation at the BOE's July 22-23, 2020 meeting.

Meeting Adjourned

The Board of Equalization's July 23, 2020 meeting has adjourned and the public comment submission form has been removed. Any public comment submissions received after the adjournment of the meeting will not be a part of the record. Please contact Board Proceedings at 916-274-3540 or email: meetinginfo@boe.ca.gov if you have any questions, or if you would like to submit a public comment for a future meeting.

Meeting Participation Information:

The July 22-23, 2020, meeting will be held via teleconference. The Board Members will be remotely attending. Members of the public may call into the teleconference or may view the webcast live.

Phone: If you would like to participate telephonically in the July 22-23, 2020 meeting at 10:00 a.m., you can call into the meeting:

Recommendation: If possible, dial into the teleconference on a cell phone to minimize connectivity issues and background noise.

Public Comment Email Procedure

If you would like to provide a public comment on an item on the BOE's July 22-23, 2020 meeting, please fill out the below form, indicating your name or how you would like to be identified, contact information, which item you would like to make a comment on, and your public comment. Please select all items and subitems you would like to make a comment on to avoid the need for multiple submissions.

After each item has been presented, BOE staff will announce the opening of public comment and recognize individuals to make their public comment. Please note, BOE staff uses the name and the phone number submitted to identify public commenters. If you would prefer to submit your public comment anonymously, please indicate that in your submission and your submission will be read into the record.

If there are technical difficulties, or if you need accommodation, we will make every attempt to read submitted comments into the record at appropriate times.
