(c) WELFARE EXEMPTION—HOSPITAL PURPOSES

880.0640 Leased Property. While hospital property may be used by licensed physicians for the practice of their profession without losing exemption, the lease of a portion of a hospital property to a for-profit corporation owned, in part, by some of the hospital's physicians disqualifies that leased portion of the property.
