(a) IN GENERAL

Annotation 880.0278

880.0278 Single-Member Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation. A corporation created to hold property for its single member and/or to provide administrative support services for its single member may be organized and operated for exempt purposes provided all other requirements for an organizational clearance certificate are satisfied.
