880.0150 Lobbying Activity. Organizations claiming the exemption may satisfy the exemption requirements even though they engage in lobbying activities, provided that (1) the lobbying is directly connected with the furtherance of their exempt purposes, and (2) the salaries paid lobbyists are not excessive.
