790.0090 Fixtures. As the result of the 1984 amendment to Revenue and Taxation Code section 75.5, redefining "property" to include fixtures, and the 1984 addition of section 75.15, requiring taxpayers to report to the assessor annually fixtures added and removed and the values thereof, fixtures as defined in Property Tax Rule 122.5 are subject to supplemental assessments and are to be added to a supplemental roll when they constitute new construction or when a change in ownership occurs.
