605.0001 Video Cassettes. Video cassettes actually rented or leased on the lien date are subject to property tax. Pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 988(a), the full value of the cassettes is the full value of only the tangible materials upon which such cassettes are recorded. LTA 8/14/1986 (No. 86/60).
