220.0780 Trusts. The creation of a life estate in property or in all of the income from that property constitutes a change in ownership unless a specific statutory exclusion applies. Likewise, on the termination of the first life estate, a second life estate, whether in the property or in all of the income it generates, may be created and constitute a change of ownership or not, again depending on the applicability of the various statutory exclusions.
