220.0236 Execution Sales. As the result of Statutes of 1982, Chapter 1364, the statutory right of redemption on property sold at an execution sale is eliminated, except upon foreclosure of a trust deed or mortgage (Statutes of 1982, Chapter 497). In such case, property may be redeemed within one year after the sale where the proceeds therefrom are insufficient to satisfy the secured indebtedness, or within three months thereafter where the proceeds are sufficient.
