220.0163 Easement. The granting of a conservation easement to a nonprofit entity which easement restricts the use by the owner of the property to the existing and historical ranching and farming activity compatible with the preservation and protection of the natural, open space and scenic qualities of the property does not result in a change in ownership regardless of the length of the period for which the easement is to exist.
