220.0113 Corporate Stock Transfers. When a new corporation obtains indirect ownership or control of a corporation which owns real property, there is a change in ownership of such real property notwithstanding the fact that the parent corporation at the top of the corporate chain held indirect ownership or control of the acquired corporation before and after the acquisition.
