220.0100 Corporate Stock Transfers. A change in ownership of real property occurs upon the transfer of all of the shares of X Corporation, which owns the real property, by Y Corporation to Z Corporation, even though Y and Z Corporations have some common owners, since after the transfer, a change in control of the land contemplated by Revenue and Taxation Code section 64(c) has occurred.
