220.0041 Community Property. If a husband or wife owns as separate property a 49 percent ownership in a legal entity, and his or her spouse purchases a 5 percent interest with community property funds, a change in ownership of all property owned by the legal entity would occur since the original owner would obtain direct or indirect ownership of more than 50 percent of the total interests in the entity.
