205.0000 BUSINESS INVENTORY EXEMPTION

Annotation 205.0290

205.0290 State Assessee. Property held by a public utility also licensed as a contractor and participating in the construction of its facilities is not eligible for the exemption. Such construction activity is not in the ordinary course of the utility's business. Furthermore, such property which is to be incorporated into power plants, etc., is held for the utility's use, not for sale or lease. C 2/11/1980.
