            6    for Tax Appeals Regulation 5332, Time of Filing of

            8             MR. HELLER:  Again, I'm Bradley Heller from 

            9    the Board's Legal Department.  And I'm here to 

           10    request that the Board vote to authorize staff to 

           11    complete Rule 100 changes to Rules for Tax Appeals 

           12    Regulation 5332.  

           13             MR. HORTON:  So moved.
