            6    have Chief Counsel Matters, Item J Rulemaking for 

            7    Section 100 Changes.  Item J1 Property Tax Rule 263, 

            8    Roll Corrections.  

            9             MS. HARKEY:  Um, is -- is -- Oh, Mr. 

           10    Heller, thank you.  Welcome.  Please commence your 

           11    presentation, introducing yourself for the record.  

           12             MR. HELLER:  Good afternoon, Chairwoman 

           13    Harkey and Members of the Board.  I'm Bradley Heller 

           14    from the Board's Legal Department, and I'm here to 

           15    request that the Board vote to authorize staff to 

           16    complete Rule 100 changes to Property Tax Rule 263, 

           17    roll corrections.  

           18             The changes make the rule consistent with 

           19    the provisions -- 

           20             MR. HORTON:  So moved.  

           21             MS. MA:  Second.  

           22             MS. HARKEY:  We have a motion and a second.  

           23    I think you need not continue.  

           24             Is there any objection?  

           25             Noting no objection.
