           12    withdrawn the petition.  

           13             MS. MA:  And they what?  

           14             MR. AMBROSE:  They've resolved it and 

           15    withdrawn the appeal.  So FTB reduced the tax to 

           16    $289 and interest of 64.09, and they've signed the 

           17    agreement.  

           18             MS. HARKEY:  Everybody's happy.  

           19             MS. STOWERS:  Very good.  

           20             MS. MA:  Okay.  So -- 

           21             MR. RUNNER:  They went home happy.  

           22             MS. MA:  -- do I need to make an 

           23    announcement about that, or you've made the 

           24    announcement?  

           25             MR. AMBROSE:  We -- we'll -- we'll send out 

           26    a letter.  

           27             MR. THOMPSON:  I think it will be dismissed 

           28    in accordance with the agreement of the parties.
