            9    discussed settlements and personnel matters.

           11             The Board met in Closed Session today.  The 

           12    Board is pleased to announce the appointment of 

           13    Richard Parrott to the position of Chief, Special 

           14    Taxes, Policy and Compliance Division.  The 

           15    appointment is effective immediately.  

           16             Please join me in congratulating 

           17    Mr. Parrott to the BOE Executive Team.  

           18             (Applause.)

           19             MS. HARKEY:  It's about time.  

           20             MS. MA:  The Board also has agreed to 

           21    extend Ms. Bridges' Special Consultant position 

           22    through October 3rd, 2016.
