            5             MR. HORTON:  Members, I'd like to close 

            6    this meeting in memory of Mr. O'Connell -- Connell 

            7    and offer our condolence to his entire family and 

            8    thank him for his service to the Board.  

            9             Often times we speak about a guardian 

           10    angel.  I truly believe that he would be as such and 

           11    watching over the Board, as well as all of the men 

           12    and women who serve in the military.  

           13             With that, the meeting of the Board of 

           14    Equalization is adjourned.
