         5            MR. HORTON:  Members, I would ask that we

         6   adjourn our meeting in memory of the individuals who

         7   have lost their lives in San Bernardino, and our

         8   condolence goes out to those families.  It's a very

         9   tragic situation.  But we certainly want to acknowledge

        10   that all of California, all of America stands with those

        11   families, and to the extent that we can be of any

        12   assistance, let's ensure what we reach out and make that

        13   happen.

        14            The meeting of the Board of Equalization -- oh,

        15   before I close this, let me -- let me thank Mr. Boden

        16   and the District Administrator and the various offices

        17   and particularly the Norwalk office.  They were -- they

        18   did an exceptional job, their courage in the face of

        19   adversity, their -- their commitment to their employees,

        20   to make sure that all their employees are safe and so

        21   forth.  They engaged with every investigation office out

        22   there and just did a fabulous job.  To the extent that

        23   we can acknowledge someone for their valor and give them

        24   an award, we certainly need to provide that to those

        25   individuals, including the Riverside office in

        26   Mr. Runner's district.

        27            With that, the meeting of the Board of

        28   Equalization is hereby adjourned.
