            5             MR. HORTON:  Ms. Richmond.  

            6             MS. RICHMOND:  Our next matter is item 

            7    P1.2, CROS Project Update and Actions.  

            8             MS. BRIDGES:  Members, as you know, over 

            9    the past month we have been working closely with 

           10    CalTech on completing the Integrated Master 

           11    Schedule.  CalTech has set September 15th as the 

           12    go/no-go date for the October 15th final proposals 

           13    due date.  

           14             Based on our most recent meetings and 

           15    feedback from CalTech, we are confident that we will 

           16    be able to move forward final proposals on October 

           17    15th.  We are meeting with CalTech again on 

           18    September 1st to go over the latest version of the 

           19    IMS and are optimistic on the outcome.  

           20             During this time the CROS team continues to 

           21    make more progress on our pre-implementation 

           22    activities and developing our change management 

           23    roadmap.  With recent changes in -- to supplement 

           24    the project's leadership team, Mr. -- with Mr. 

           25    Steen, Mr. McGuire and Ms. Fleming, they're working 

           26    together to update and clarify the leadership roles 

           27    and responsibilities in anticipation of 

           28    implementation next year.
