            7             MS. RICHMOND:  Our next matter is item F, 

            8    public hearing; Item F1 Proposed Adoption of 

            9    Amendments to Regulation 1685.5, Calculation of 

           10    Estimated Use Tax, Use Tax Table.  

           11             MR. HORTON:  Welcome, Mr. Heller.  

           12             MR. HELLER:  Thank you.  Good evening, 

           13    Chairman Horton, Members of the Board.  I'm Bradley 

           14    Heller from the Board's Legal Department.  And I'm 

           15    here to request that the Board vote to adopt the 

           16    proposed amendments to Regulation 1685.5, collection 

           17    of estimated use tax, use tax table.  

           18             The proposed amendments update the 

           19    regulation's definition of the state, local and 

           20    district sales and use tax rate to include the rates 

           21    of all the sales and use taxes imposed under Article 

           22    XIII of the California Constitution.  

           23             MR. RUNNER:  Move adoption.  

           24             MR. HORTON:  Second -- move adoption by 

           25    Member Runner.  Second by Member Harkey.
