            5             MS. RICHMOND:  Item P1.2, CROS Project 

            6    Update and Actions.

            7             MR. STEEN:  Good afternoon, Members.  

            8             I'm Eric Steen.  I'm the CROS Project 

            9    Director.  Thanks for the opportunity to give you an 

           10    update today.  

           11             We received and reviewed draft proposals 

           12    early -- ended early last month, actually.  And now, 

           13    based on the review, we're accepting a second round 

           14    of draft proposals which will be submitted in 

           15    mid-February.  

           16             Following that, we'll get final proposals 

           17    in mid-May.  And if all goes well, we will start the 

           18    implementation of the CROS solution around this time 

           19    next year.  

           20             In the meantime, the CROS Project continues 

           21    to operate well within its budget and we continue to 

           22    make strides in the areas of readiness -- so, 

           23    getting ready for data conversion, interfaces, 

           24    developing subject matter expertise, all critical 

           25    activities to ensure the success of the CROS 

           26    implementation.
