Customer Service and Administrative Efficiency Committee

The Customer Service and Administrative Efficiency Committee considers issues relating to the Board of Equalization's responsibility to assist taxpayers in understanding and complying with California's tax laws and reporting requirements. The Committee also evaluates proposals to modernize and streamline administrative practices in order to reduce costs and better serve the public.
