CHAPTER 1. Definitions
4002. "Board." "Board" means the State Board of Forestry and Fire Protection.
History.—Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1144, in effect January 1, 1966. Stats. 1998, Ch. 972 in effect January 1, 1999, added "and Fire Protection" after "Forestry" in the first sentence.
4003. "Department." "Department" means the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.
History.—Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1144, in effect January 1, 1966. Stats. 1976, Ch. 1300, in effect January 1, 1977, substituted "Forestry" for "Conservation" after "Department of" in the first sentence.
