880.0400 Housing. Property used exclusively for housing and related facilities for elderly and/or handicapped families and financed by the federal government pursuant to section 8 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (section 201 of Public Law 93-383/42 U.S.C. 1437(f)) may be eligible for the exemption.
